If I could give 10 stars, I would! The staff is AMAZING! The room was wonderful! The breakfast, again, wonderful! Our family of 4 stayed here, and we will be staying again. The overall atmosphere made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the restrooms are also very large and clean! I can’t say enough good things about our stay and the professionalism and the warm, inviting atmosphere the staff created. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Staff was great, hotel and rooms not so much. Very dated and dirty, attached is the sunshade that covered my window. As far as wheelchair accessible rooms barely fit our needs. Small bathroom and the bathroom door opens outwards which blocks the front door and access to your room. It was a constant mess of opening the door, trying to navigate out of the way of the bathroom door, close bathroom door, and then go where I wanted. Bathtub super narrow so shower chair is 2/3 outside the tub.

Wonderful friendly staff, great location and very clean wonderful rooms. Not as modern as some other Hampton inn’s but very clean and spacious. Only negative was that the shower made this horrible sound when turned on and didn’t have the best water pressure. Breakfast was great. Only reason 4/5 was due to shower

It is a wonderful place very quiet. Beds are comfortable. And the service was great. We were there for a cheer competition and all employees asked how it went. they seemed very sweet and caring. I would definitely stay there again.

I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous seeing some of the reviews. After staying here, I think the issue is people’s unrealistic expectations. You get what you pay for, not sure why people expect 5 stars. The hotel room was a bit outdated, but it was very clean! Ac worked great. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. Great service and awesome location with lots of parking and tons of restaurants nearby (even walking distance). I was here for work, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed here in 2020 and the front desk staff, named Jacqueline was very rude and condescending. I complained the following morning and the manager said she'd handle this. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and the front desk staff and the lady who handled the Continental breakfast were exceptionally professional and pleasant and the rooms... neat, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoy this location's establishment.

Checked in the room and everything seemed ok until huge stink bugs started crawling all over the wall. I took pictures and went downstairs to get the receptionist so that she could see what I saw. I also took pictures. Asked for a refund was told since I booked through hotel .com I would need to go through them. It was frustrating to have to check out at 10 pm . I was there recuperating from surgery what a disappointment . The staff was understanding and kind about the situation. Stacy Fortson
